our weekend {via iPhone pics}

I'm finally getting around to posting about our weekend. Clay's Aunt Phyllis and Uncle Rock came up to visit this past weekend. We always love when they come :) It was the first time that they got to meet Claire and Jaxon. And it's been almost a year since they've seen Owen and Bryson. 

We spent a majority of our weekend hanging out at my father-in-laws house. And Clay's sister Erica was home for the week, so it was good to get to spend some time with her too!

Saturday night we went over to Aunt Bebe and Uncle Jimmy's house. They grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and we all just sat around and talked and watched the kids play.

They have become the best of friends and it just melts my heart to watch them together.

On Sunday we went over to Clay's parents' house and had lunch and hung out by the pool. And I was finally able to get in the pool for the first time this summer! Yay!!!

Of course the men had to get in a few games of horse shoes. They've been playing so much this summer they are starting to tear up Nana's yard. Eeek!!

Overall we had a great weekend. It was a lot of fun getting to spend time with Aunt Phyllis and Uncle Rock and the rest of the family. We always have such a good time when we are all together.
