jaxon, you are four months old today!
you have grown so much over this last month. every day i look at your sweet little face and would love to have a million more just like you, but mommy and daddy have decided you will be our caboose unless the Lord decides to be humorous!
you are such a sweet and happy baby. you never fuss or cry. you are always content with whatever is going on around you.
your laugh is the most precious sound. it makes my heart melt. i could listen to it all day.
you are still on a good routine. you wake up around 8am for your first bottle and then you eat every three hours after that. you will take two good naps a day and one little cat nap after lunch. your last bottle is around 7-8pm and then we put you to bed and do it all over again the next morning.
you have started this new thing where you will sing yourself to sleep. it doesn't matter if i'm rocking you or i've laid you down in your crib, you will start humming and it's just adorable. and you still love to be rocked which mommy enjoys very much!
you've been on your first road trip and spent the night in a hotel just a few weeks ago. we went out to Texas to visit Grandpa and Grandma Amy and all your great aunts and great grandparents. you didn't do so well on the way out there, but it got better on the way back home.
you haven't rolled over yet, but i think it might happen in the next few weeks. you like laying on your side, so i'm sure it will happen very soon.
