Sad.......

i can't even begin to tell ya'll how fast these last 10 weeks has gone by. there are no words to describe how emotional i have been this last week knowing that i will be going back to work tomorrow. i had no clue it would be this hard!!

it seems like yesterday that i was getting to hold my son for the first time and that is a feeling that i will never forget.

i've had the time of my life these last two months. and i hope to one day get the chance to be a stay at home mom. there is nothing more rewarding!!!

bryson, i have had so much fun staying home with you. thank you for being such a blessing and bringing me much joy these last two months. i am really blessed to call you my son.

I LOVE YOU!!!

  3. Jennifer you are making me sad!! Just keep your chin up that little boy knows his mommy loves him so much and you are doing everything you do for him!! You are doing your best to keep him out of daycare, feeding him breast milk, etc so don't feel guilty! It will get easier! Love you and hugs:)

  4. Hi there! I found your blog from Kelly's Korner, and I think we both live in the Bham area- I just wanted to say hi. Your little boy is adorable! What a gift from God! Good Luck with your first week back to work.

  7. Hi Punky:
I know how hard it was for you to have to go back to work again! I wish there was something I could have done that would have allowed you to stay home, but I know in my heart that everything is going to work out for the best. You were scarred about being a Mom and I think now you have proven to yourself that you are a great Mom. Even though it's not in the cards for you to stay at home all the time right now, know that you are a wonderful Mom for just "wanting" too! I hope things went smoothly for you this week and that you enjoy your week off - back full time with that beautiful boy! Oh and you forgot to mention how much your Dad loves that Boppy pillow :) By the way - I Love your note to Bryson at the end of the post! If he could say so, I know he would say I Love You Too Mommy!!!
Love to You and Clay and Bryson!

  8. The pictures of Bryson in your blog are an excellent way for us to follow his progress. With each picture he looks bigger, more handsome, cuter, sweeter, cuddly, smiley and just precious. We can hardly wait to hold him in our arms and coo ooh and ah with him.
I don't know when I have seen your Dad as happy as he is now that he is a Grandfather.
    Love,
    Ammom & Poppy
